YES i do have one in fact my dogs stops barking immediately she does get scared and runs away i think it really hurts there ears so i dont use it that much i would just try to keep her away from the neighbors dog and you wont have that problem

why would you use such a device? you need to train your dog to bark ,then be silent , dog bark for allsorts of reasons.
there in pain .need help etc, would you like to know your dog needs you ? if some one was in your house, your dog would not be able to tell you …..
i trained my dog to bark on command,and then if the dog really barks i know ,there some one,something i need to address, please think again

teach the dog to be quiet, it has training issues, it needs to know when it is okay to bark, gee, if you start talking too much can we blow a whistle in your ear to make you shut up? or would you rather we just ask you to be quiet and then give you a cookie for listening??

i **** those damn collars that inflict pain so get the message across they are barbaric and should be against the law, in fact i dont know why they arent illegal under an animal protection law. people are just to lazy or dont make the time to do it the old fashioned way. some people should have to get a license before owning a dog
