UPDATE: No, I did NOT suggest De-barking, nor would I ever recommend such a horrible procedure. To me, that’s like cutting out a baby’s voicebox because he cries too much. Bottom line: IT’S WRONG. Another neighbor suggested it. (probably to upset him.)
