I have a Pomeranian would you like to trade? My dog used to do those things? I had to spend $500 wasted dollars trying to train her. I found out it was her temperament. You have to be the one to feed her and give her her water. Give her walks. Cuddle with her. Praise her, hug her etc. Slowly she warms up to you. Then you will have her following you around. Next thing you know you will become annoyed by it. I can't tell you how many times I accidentally stepped on my dog's paw. Not knowing she was right next to me. I call her my stalker. Hope I helped with my suggestions.

The dog generally mirrors you.

Take the dog out among people and act calm and friendly.
