I cant get my dog to stop barking, she just recently started barking at night?

I have an 7 yr old miniature puddle with the same problem. I have found if I take him for a walk and give him more attention he doesn’t bark so much, when he does he obeys me when I gently tell him to stop. You have to be patient an understanding. If you consider your dog a part of your family you should treat them same as any other family member.
Our pets give us unconditional love. We should return that love.

I have been having a problem with my neighbors lately and it seems like they are letting their dogs bark on purpose. I thought that there was nothing that I could do since they were not my dogs but apparently I was wrong.
