what should i do the vet gave me the wrong flea stuff?

What should I do about my anti-social dog?

He's social with any human unless he feels threatened but super anti-social with any dog. He's doesn't bite or even try to, he just growls and barks a lot. Mind you, Bambi's fully trained (tells me when he needs "to go", asks for food politely, knows not to leave the house without permission even if the doors open...). His issue is dogs. Something I forgot to mention is that when he was little, he escaped and when we found him, another dog had bitten his ear and cornered him.

Need help correcting my dog barking at everything?
