White willow bark does work that&#039;s what they put in Lakota the medication you can take in pill form or rub on to your joints.  I have tried it and it does work so go ahead and give it a try.  You have to look at it this way when your in pain you have nothing to lose, and if your Doctor recommended it go for it.  It might be a good idea to take calcium and glucosimine at the same time.  The Glucosimine will take a few week to make a difference but it does.  Good luck to you.  There is nothing worse than pain.</description>
