the shrine in the desert can sometimes raise your max HP but you can only use it once per day. you can also fight in the arena. you get more HP each time your pet levels up

Leveling your pet or fighting at the battledome does not raise your max HP. You will have to take your pet to the Training School at Mystery Island or the Academy at Krawk Island. When you select your course, pick endurance. At the Training School, you will have to pay with codestones, and at the Academy, you pay with dubloons. There are some quests and food that can raise max HP. You can also use the Lab Ray if you get all 9 secret laboratory pieces.

well colzten shrine, can raise you’re health status, some fairy quest can raise health, but they are rare to get. if you go to the traing school in mystery island you can get a course their, but you will need to buy a codestone that it asks for to start the training.

its not always easy, you can do the volcano rock quest or try your luck at a Wheel, but the desert shrine is the easiest apposed to a scale of 1 to 10, its a 9. good luck
